GOOD MORNING! Rise and shine with a plant based elixir
Having a fit body, and beautiful glowing skin is certainly something most people wouldn’t scoff at. Thankfully there is an easy way to help supply the body with the proper nutrients to achieve this goal.
It only takes a few minutes to whip up one of these plant based power elixirs, so there is no reason not to give it a whirl. They are tasty, portable, and perfect for those of us that are pressed for time. Just mix it up, pour it into your travel cup, and head out the door.
Our “Gossamery Lifestyle” morning elixir blend
Our regular go-to blend for our usual morning elixir contains the following…
Vanilla pea protein
Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Almond/Peanut butter/other nut or seed butter( substitute this if you have an allergy)
Chia seeds/flax seeds (not pictured, as we ran out!)
Some of the health benefits of these ingredients include…
Reduce inflammation (antioxidants)
Neutralize the inflammatory effects of a diet too high in fats and carbohydrates
High in vitamin C, B vitamins, resveratrol, Bromelain, potassium, magnesium, healthy fats, vitamin E, Vitamin K, protein, tryptophan, l-arginine, choline, and electrolytes just to name a few!

Keeps you “regular”
Keeps you feeling full
Reduces cravings for sugary foods when you drink it on a regular basis
This elixir will help supply your body with the steady energy it needs to power you through until lunch time. The ingredients help to stabilize blood sugar levels and keep you feeling satisfied longer.
This elixir blend is also perfect post workout. The pea protein helps to build and repair muscle tissue. To power up your post workout blend even further, try adding brown rice protein in addition to your pea protein.
Enjoy this elixir on a regular basis, and you will watch your skin take on an amazing glow. To increase your health boost even further (and drop a few pounds of toxins in the process) Make sure to eat a diet filled with a rainbow of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, lot’s of water, and lean proteins.
