Our regular go-to blend for our usual morning elixir contains the following…

 Frozen Pineapple
 Frozen banana
 Frozen blueberries
 Baby spinach
 Vanilla pea protein
 Vanilla unsweetened almond milk
 Almond/Peanut butter/other nut or seed butter( substitute this if you have an allergy)
 Chia seeds/flax seeds (not pictured, as we ran out!)
